Refund & Return Policy

Before requesting a return or reporting a damaged item, please ensure you have the following ready:

  1. Clear video and photos of the faulty goods at the time of your gender reveal.

  2. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important Notice:

Please be aware, our team at Gender Reveal Ideas works hard to carefully pack and send your products. However, we cannot control the delivery process managed by StarTrack or Australia Post.
If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, please DO NOT open it. Opening a damaged box will void any possible return or eligibility for assistance.

Instead, take clear photos or a video of the damaged box and contact us directly. This allows us to assist you promptly and helps protect the surprise element of your gender reveal by preventing further damage during handling.


Our Return Policy:

  1. Late Deliveries: We do not refund late deliveries. We understand how disappointing it can be to have your gender reveal planned, money spent, and products delayed.

    While estimated delivery times are clearly shown at checkout, all deliveries are handled by Australia Post & StarTrack Premium, and we cannot guarantee or control their performance.

    All orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2PM AEST (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

    We recommend all customers allow at least 10 days between ordering and your event. Orders ship from the Gold Coast, and while 99% of our shipments arrive on time, we cannot be held liable for any postal delays beyond our control.

  2. Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the event was cancelled after the item was shipped.

  3. Faulty product during your reveal: If you experience a faulty product during your gender reveal, we consider this a BIG thing, and we want to assist you as quickly as possible. Please send us the video of the fault to the email at the top of this page so our passionate team can look after you promptly and ensure the issue is resolved with care.

  4. Incorrect item received: If you believe you received the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days with supporting photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

  5. Returns process: Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us in unused condition. Our team will cover the return postage fee and provide instructions on how to send it back.

  6. Respectful communication only: Any abusive, threatening, or aggressive language directed towards our team will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the legal right to terminate communication and cease further assistance immediately.
