Common questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead for guaranteed availability, especially for weekends. For peak periods (Mother's Day, Christmas, school holidays) book 4-6 weeks early. Last-minute bookings welcomed if we have a slot.

Can I see the colours in person before I commit?

Absolutely. We have a Gold Coast showroom where you can see our balloon and arch palette in person. Just message us and we'll book a quick 15 min visit.

What if it rains? Indoor or outdoor setup?

Our setups work indoor or outdoor on a flat, sheltered surface. If your venue is outdoor we'll discuss weather contingency at booking. Light wind and shade is fine; heavy rain or strong wind we'll move under cover or reschedule with no penalty.

How long can I keep the setup up?

Standard hire is 4 hours from setup completion. Extended hire (full day or overnight) is available for an additional fee. Just ask at booking.

Can I keep the personalised decal?

Yes! The personalised decal is yours to keep, a beautiful keepsake from the day. We carefully remove it from the arch backdrop after your event.

What deposit do you require?

50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, credit card, or PayID.

What's the difference between Single and Double Arch?

Single Arch is one 2m premium arch backdrop with balloon garland, perfect for smaller spaces or more intimate events. Double Arch is two arches (2m + 1.5m) positioned together, creating a fuller, more dramatic statement piece for larger reveals or events.
