How long do the balloons stay floating?
The balloons are pre-filled fresh and stay perfectly floating for your reveal moment and the celebration that follows. We time inflation around your booked date so they’re at their peak.
What does the “Secret” option mean?
If you and your partner want to be surprised together, choose Secret and have your sonographer or a friend send us the gender directly. Even you won’t know until the lid is lifted.
Do I need to inflate anything?
No. The box arrives completely pre-made with all 25 helium balloons already inside. No pumps, no preparation — just lift the lid at the moment of your reveal.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. The Balloon Box is perfect for indoor and outdoor reveals — lounge rooms, function spaces, backyards or undercover patios.
How does pickup and return work?
Pickup details land in your confirmation email along with a short setup video. You get an extra 24 hours after your reveal to return the boutique box.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders $150 and over. Express delivery is available for late bookings if your reveal is just around the corner.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The Balloon Box is available with Afterpay (4 × $74.99), Klarna and Zip at checkout. No fees if you pay on time.
