The honest answers.

Do I really have to blow up 148 balloons?

They don't all get inflated — a garland uses a mix of sizes and the smaller ones fill the gaps. Most people put a movie on and knock it over in an afternoon, and it's genuinely the fun part.

What if a balloon pops while I'm building?

Completely normal, and it's why the pack has more balloons than the garland strictly needs. Popped balloons never affect your bond — they're yours, not ours.

When exactly do I get my bond back?

Within 10 business days of the frame coming back, once we've checked it over.

What if the frame gets scuffed?

Fair wear and tear is on us — these frames live a full life and we expect marks. We'd only need to talk about the bond for real damage, missing parts, or a frame that doesn't come back.

Can you deliver it instead?

Not on this one — the DIY hire is pickup-only from the Gold Coast. If you'd rather we brought it and built it for you, our full-service arch hire does exactly that.

Can I keep it an extra day?

Talk to us before you book and we'll sort it. What we can't do is a frame that quietly doesn't come back — someone else's reveal is usually waiting on it.
