How does the hire actually work?

Book your reveal date and pick-up city, collect the kit the day before, fire it on your day, and return it the day after. Every one-day hire includes a complimentary extra 24 hours.

Is it hard to set up?

Not at all. It's plug & play with no tools required. Most families are set up and ready in about three minutes, with instructions and a setup video included.

How does the refundable bond work?

A small bond is held when you book and returned in full once the kit comes back in good order. No surprise fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Can you keep the colour a secret from us?

Yes. Choose the Secret option and we'll pack your gender colour discreetly before pick-up, keeping the surprise intact for you and your guests.

What if I'm in Brisbane or further out?

Plenty of Brisbane families make the easy 45-minute drive to our Gold Coast HQ. With Sydney HQ open too, there's a pick-up point for most of the east coast.

Ready to make it unforgettable?

Lock in your date, choose your colour, and let the cannons do the talking. Australia's most viral reveal is one booking away.
